Mission
Throughout the year, Out Montclair aims to create events and partner with other organizations to raise awareness and increase understanding of issues facing LGBTQIA+ people in the Montclair area.
Previous Programs
Out Montclair’s Education and Awareness Programming organizes events throughout the year relevant to the emerging needs of the LGBTQIA+ community. As our experience evolves in the currenty American political climate, so do does the needs of our community change. Former programs have ranged from learning about pronouns to reproductive healthcare to active shooter training. All online training sessions are recorded and posted to make sure these educational sessions are available to the community in perpetuity.
Get Involved
Out Montclair’s Education and Awareness program is always looking for invovled members with a passion for education or advocacy to join our team and find creative, engaging ways to share knowledge across the breadth of the LGBTQIA+ rainbow.
