MONTCLAIR PRIDE 2025 IS ON JUNE 14, 2025 AND WE HAVE MANY OTHER FANTASTIC EVENTS ON OUR CALENDAR!
Please note: You must be 16 or older to volunteer. Anyone under 18 must sign a waiver with a guardian.
Volunteer Training
If you are able to attend a training ahead of the event, we would greatly appreciate it! Otherwise, please show up 15 minutes early for your shift so we can give you the necessary information for you to have a great and safe time volunteering.
Leadership Roles
Out Montclair is looking to the depth and breadth of talent in our region to help us make history and chart a path into the future. We need your help designing and launching the first-ever Montclair Pride. We also need gifted volunteers to help us plan, produce, and execute more incredible events throughout the year to celebrate and support all LGBTQIA+ neighbors, friends, and family. Event Coordinators
We are seeking skilled event coordinators who would like to lend their expertise and creative vision in organizing and overseeing events across our programming portfolio. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with our planning team is crucial.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of an operational plan for each event
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and milestone documentation from pre-event planning to post-event reconciliations and feedback surveys.
- Maintain strong relationships with our event partners.
- Collaborate with team leads responsible for communications, branding, and volunteers to ensure that events and performances are appropriately branded, well-staffed, and effectively promoted.
- Be available for on-site execution and management of events.
