About our IRS Form 990s
Out Montclair’s annual IRS Form 990 is typically filed on the extended deadline, in November, to minimize conflict with organizing for annual Montclair Pride™ events. Although not required, it is posted to the website as a convenience and courtesy. Out Montclair holds annual elections at the end of each year. The Form 990 is usually uploaded after the annual elections and transition of responsibilities, typically in February. Example: Form 990 for the year ending 2023 is filed by the November 2024 deadline, and then uploaded to the website in February 2025.
As required by law, we make the Form 990 available for inspection on request for those requiring it more immediately after it is filed. IRS Guidelines provide that 2 weeks is the timeframe for making IRS Form 990 available after it is requested. To request our Form 990, you may use the contact form on this website. We also post on the website amendments to our prior Form 990s, if any are made.
